The singer backcountry Juliano Cezar, 58, died early on Tuesday (31), after suffering a heart attack on the stage during a concert in the city of Uniflor in northern Paraná.
The artist, who became known in the 1990s by recording the hit song I Didn’t Say Goodbye , was taken to a medical facility and received care, but could not resist. Videos circulating on social networks show the moment when, in the middle of a song, he falls on stage.
In Juliano’s Facebook profile, the career management office Explosion Music mourned the death and reported that the funeral and burial will take place in Passos (MG), the singer’s hometown. The schedules have not yet been informed.
Fans reacted with regret, leaving comments on the artist’s profiles on the internet. Internet user Yolanda Carvalho wrote: “My most sincere feelings, our eternal tramp cowboy! Huge, kind heart … finally, too sad! God cherish the heart of all the family and fans that are so many!”
A former rodeo rider, Juliano Cezar released his first album, backed by his savings, in 1990. He recorded more than 10 albums and was nominated for a Latin Grammy Award.
